    Friday, July 24, 2026
    You must submit your Claim Form on-line no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, July 24, 2026, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Friday, July 24, 2026

  • Opt-Out Date

    Friday, March 13, 2026
    The court approved deadline for timely opt-outs has passed.

  • Objection Date

    Friday, March 13, 2026
    The court approved deadline for timely objections has passed.

  • Fairness Hearing Date

    Wednesday, March 18, 2026
    The Fairness Hearing took place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, and the Final Approval Order has been granted on March 23, 2026.
